½ c. olive oil
1/3 c. soy
¼ c. red wine vinegar
1 lemon (juiced)
1-2 T. Worchester sauce
1-2 T. Parsley
2 t. dry mustard
pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 lb pork tenderloin

Pan Sauce:

Pan scrapings
1 ½ c. chicken broth
2-3 T. marinade
1-2 t. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and reserve approx. 2 -3 T. Marinate 3-4 hours. Preheat oven @ 350° and sear tenderloin on all sides. Cook 30 – 40 minutes in oven or until pork has an internal temperature of 160°

Sauce: In skillet add broth & scrape pan. Add marinade. Boil 2-3 minutes. Add butter & remove from heat. Serve.
