1c. panko
½ t. paprika
¾ t. garlic powder
1t. black pepper
4 6oz cod fillets
½ t. salt
Cooking spray ¼ c. canola mayo
1 t. lemon
1 t. dill
2 T. Dill pickle (finely chopped)
Lemon wedge

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Place egg whites in a shallow dish. Combine panko, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Sprinkle fish evenly with pepper & salt. Dip each fillet in egg white then dredge in panko mixture; place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Combine mayo, pickle, lemon juice & dill.
