2 ¼ c. flour
2/3 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 c. butter (softened)
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
½ c. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350° and lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups flour, confectioners’ sugar, and ½ t. baking powder. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 – 25 minutes or until mixture is lightly browned. In medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, juice, ¼ c. flour, ½ t. baking powder. Pour over hot crust. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
