1T. fresh thyme
3 ½ t. olive oil
2 t. garlic (minced)
4 pork chops (1/2” thick)
1/4 t. salt
¼ t. ground black pepper
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine thyme, 1 T. oil and garlic in a small bowl. Rub oil mixture evenly over pork chops; sprinkle with salt & black pepper. Place pork chop on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes.
