1 c. Cheddar Cheese (shredded/divided)
1 unbaked pastry shell (9”)
1 c. Diced Chicken (cooked)
1pkg Frozen Spinach (chopped)
¼ c. Onion (finely chopped)
2 eggs
¾ c. milk
¾ c. mayo
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Sprinkle 1/4 c. of cheese into pastry Shell. In bowl: Combine chicken, ½ c. spinach, onion & cheese. Spoon into shell.
In Bowl whisk eggs, milk, mayo, salt & pepper. Pour over chicken mix. Bake 350° for 40-45 minutes. Stand for 15 minutes.
