1 pie crust
2 c. milk
4 lg. eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 c. diced ham
1 c. frozen spinach (chopped)
2 sm. Roma tomatoes (seeded & sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400° and bake crust 8 minutes. Whisk milk & eggs. Stir in ¾ cheese & all ingredients except tomatoes. Pour into crust. Top with tomatoes. Then add remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 – 50 minutes. Allow to set & serve.
