2 shallots (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 T flour
¼ c. butter
¼ c. white wine
1 ¼ c. cream
1 c. parmesan cheese (grated)
2/3 oz. basil
18 oz. fresh cheese tortellini (2 pkg)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, sauté shallots and garlic in butter until soft. Add flour and cook/stir one minute. Stir in wine. Cook one minute. Slowly add cream, mixing until smooth. Add cheese and cook over medium heat until smooth & thick. Add fresh basil. Mix well and pour over hot, cooked tortellini. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
