4 c. shredded hash browns
1 c. cubed ham
½ c. Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
½ c. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
6 eggs
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8 x 8” casserole dish. Layer hash brown, ham & cheese. Whisk eggs, milk & salt/pepper. Pour over the casserole. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
