1 pkg. sea shells
2 ½ c. heavy cream
¾ t. mild chili powder
½ t. salt
½ t. black pepper
1 t. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
½ lb. chicken (cut into 1” chunks)
10 oz. frozen spinach
2 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 T. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer. Add chili powder and whisk until it slightly thickens. Add salt & pepper. In another skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic & chicken. Cook until chicken is light brown, about 3 minutes. Add spinach and stir to coat. Stir in cream mixture, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Drain the hot sea shells and place them in a large bowl. Add chicken & spinach mixture. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
