2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
3 T. Butter
3 T. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
½ c. sugar
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar & nutmeg. Cut in butter, shortening. Beat Milk & egg together in separate bowl. Add milk and egg. Roll out and cut into rounds about 3” in diameter. Bake at 375° for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
