1 c. oleo
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 ¾ c. sugar
1 ½ c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
½ c. coconut (optional)
7 oz. jar marshmallow crème

ICING:
½ stick oleo
2 T. + 2 t. cocoa
3 T. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo & eggs. Add sugar, flour, cocoa & vanilla. Mix well. Add nuts & coconut. Bake @ 350° for 30 -35 minutes in well greased 9 x 13” pan. When done spread with marshmallow crème immediately while hot. Cool 20 minutes then ice with chocolate frosting.
