¼ c. flour
¾ c. salt
½ t. pepper
8 pork chops
2 T. oil
¼ c. white vinegar
1 8oz. sour cream
2 T. sugar
¼ t. ground cloves
2 bay leaves
1 T. fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt & pepper and dredge pork chops. Cook in oil for 5 minutes on each side. Add vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in ¼ t. salt. Stir in sour cream, sugar, cloves & bay leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve sauce over chops.
