2 c. zucchini (peeled & grated)
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla
½ t. salt
½ t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda



Directions:
Directions:
Mix & bake in 2 loaves pans or 1 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 350° for the 13 x 9 pan for 45 minutes. 325° for 2 loaves for 1 hour.
