5 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 cup white Karo syrup (or any brand corn syrup)
1 1/2 cups sugar mixed with
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup buttermilk mixed with
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 box coconut (or 1 package flaked coconut)
Semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels (optional)
Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in electric mixer
Use 2 Deep dish large pie crusts or 3 smaller prepared crusts
Line the bottom of the crusts with semi-sweet chocolate chips or with chopped pecans, or both
Pour mixture on top
Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until browning on top
