•½ cup coconut oil
•½ cup extra virgin olive oil
•Ό cup dried comfrey
•Ό cup dried calendula
•2oz beeswax
•2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
•10 drops lavender essential oil (optional)
•jars
2 capsules or 1 Teaspoon Vitamins E (optional)
* Lavender EO can be replaced with any other EO like tee tree, Rosemary, Oregano ECT.....

Option #1: Add the Olive oil, Dried comfrey, and Dried Calendula in a glass jar or glass bowl and let set in a cool dark place for 2 weeks. at the end of 2 weeks strain out the herbs and discard.
Put the infused oil in a med pot add coconut oil, bees wax, and honey stir until completely melted remove from heat. add Essential oils.
Pour the mixture into your jars. Stir it occasionally while it cools to ensure even settling. Seal once set.

Option #2:In a medium pot - mix the coconut oil, olive oil, dried comfrey, & dried calendula. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Strain the herbs from the oil using a cheesecloth or coffee filter. Discard of the herbs.
2.Wipe any remaining herbs from the pot you used, and add the oil back to the pot. Turn the heat to medium. Stir in the honey (if using) until completely combined. Then, add in the beeswax - stirring until completely melted. Mix in the lavender essential oil, if using.
3.Pour the mixture into your jars. Stir it occasionally while it cools to ensure even settling. Seal once set.

I use Option #1 I feel letting it set and infuse makes the healing power of the comfrey and calendula stronger.
