1 c. Shortening
3 c. Flour
1/2 c. Milk
1 Egg
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and flour till it looks like cornmeal. Mix milk and egg and beat. Add to flour mixture. Roll out on floured table

NOTE: Makes 6 pie shells
