1 1/2 c. Powered sugar
1 c. Butter
1 egg
1/2 t. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Cream of tarter
1 c. Pecans, 1 c. Dried Apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powered sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Add chopped pecans and apricots .
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes or until lightly browned. When cool, roll in powder sugar. Chill.
