1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. butter
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Water
1/2 c. Cooking Sherry
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 finely minced med. onion
1T. brown sugar
1 Chicken, cut up, without skin

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Roll chicken in seasoned flour (salt/pepper/garlic powder).

Melt butter in skillet, brown the chicken in butter.

Remove the chicken when golden brown and place in a 2 qt. casserole dish with a lid.

In the same skillet used to brown chicken, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over chicken.

Bake in covered casserole 1 3/4 hour and serve over rice.
