Stuffed Cabbage:
One head of cabbage.
2# ground beef, raw
2-3 Cups cooked rice
salt/pepper/garlic powder
1 sm. can of tomato sauce
1 medium onion, diced

Original:
Heat large pot of water to boiling. Place cabbage in for 60 seconds, remove and peel off leaves individually until they start breaking, dip again for 60 seconds, removing leaves until you have enough for meat.

Mix rice, meat, onion, and spices in a bowl. Make small balls and roll up in cabbage leaf.

Place in stock pot, slice rest of cabbage up and lay on top of meatballs. Pour in tomato sauce with 1 can of water, cover and steam for 30 min on med. heat.

Stir the cabbage to the bottom carefully and cover and simmer 30 more minutes until done.

Easy Method:

Slice entire head of cabbage, place in pot. Make the meatballs and place on top of cabbage, add sauce and water and simmer 30 min.

Stir meatballs carefully into bottom and simmer 30-45 more min until done.
