2 Large peeled potatoes
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. flour (flour is an estimate as dryer potato's need less, wetter need more)
Crisco shortening
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put potato's by chunks into a food processor or blender, with one egg per 2 potatoes.

Blend until smooth, then add the flour 1 tsp. at a time until you have a smooth, med. textured batter.

Drop by spoonfuls and spread into hot Crisco shortening. (do NOT use oil, it will make it shred apart, only shortening works)

Brown on both sides, salt while hot, drain on paper towels.

Serve with Lima Bean Soup.
