1 pint mayonaise
1 large onion, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. prepared yellow mustard
curry powder to taste

Mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator. The Torch served this over crisp salad greens with shaved Parmesan cheese and toasted sesame seeds.

Harry Porter owned the Torch restaurant in Corpus Christi. He served very good food and this was our favorite salad. Jerry's parents particularly enjoyed the Torch, so when they were in town we ate their frequently.
