1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1 finely minced garlic clove
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. garlic salt
8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup frozen spinach, drained or sauted fresh spinach
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Cream together the mayo, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil and garlic salt. Mix well.

Add the artichokes and spinach and mix well.

Coat a pie pan with cooking spray. Pour in the dip and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes until brown. Serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips.
