4 bone-in pork loin chops (1 in. thick)
1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 t. each, salt and pepper
2 T. olive oil

Glaze:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup honey
3 chopped, green onions
2 minced, garlic cloves
1/4 t. crushed, dried rosemary
1/8 t. each, salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with pepper flakes, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until 145º. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, whisk all the glaze ingredients, except butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; whisk in butter until melted. Serve with chops
