4 - 5 potatoes, thinly slices
1 onion, sliced thin
4 - 5 carrots, sliced
3/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cup peas
2 lbs. hamburger, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Into a 9" casserole dish add:
1/2" layer of potatoes then layer of onions and layer of carrots. Sprinkle 1/4 cup uncooked rice. Repeat these layers 3 times. Then add peas (I don't yuck) and spread hamburger over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350ºF for 2 hours.
