4 6 oz salmon filets wild
Olive oil and Old Bay (or other)
2 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Honey
1 T butter
1 T. Dijon
! T. Soy
! T Olive oil
1 t. ginger grated

Directions:
Directions:
Salmon out of refrigerator 20-30 min before cooking. Rub with olive oil and season.
Heat non stick pan to nearly smoking with little oil.
Make glaze with other ingredients.
Skin side down sear salmon (top with some glaze) for 4-5 minutes.
Add more glaze

Salmon under broiler for 2-3 minutes adding more glaze

I like 2 t. salt, 1/2 t pepper, 1-2 T. Maple syrup, 1 t. Dijon, 1 t. coriander, 1/2 t. cumin, 1/2 t. paprika, lemon zest (herbs). Rub with olive oil, then with mixture and sit 30 min. Sear in hot pan, skin side down to crisp, 3-4 minutes, then 425 oven 5-7 minutes. Foil for 5-10 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
