Ingredients below are for one London Broil.
Chopped Garlic
Meat tenderizer
Soy Sauce
Catsup
Honey
Directions:
Directions:
At least two days before serviing do the following.
On each side, prick the meat with a fork and sprinkle meat tenderizer on entire area.
Next evenly coat the meat with the chopped garlic.
Next, coat the meat with the remaining ingredients, coating with Honey as the last ingredient to help hold the other ingredients in place.
