1 pound ground beef
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
2 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes (regular style)
8 oz. of shredded cheese

Directions:

Cook beef in a large stock pot until well browned. Add onion and continue cooking for a couple of minutes until translucent. Add garlic and stir briefly, then add water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook on medium low for another 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese.

Depending on what type of ground beef you use, I usually do not drain the beef unless there is a lot of excess grease, but make sure to leave at least some.
