3 lbs. chicken wings or drum sticks
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. celery salt (optional)
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Dry wings and lay in pan. Mix oil and soya sauce. Brush surfaces. Mix brown sugar, salt, celery salt, chili powder and sprinkle over top. Brown under broiler. Mix soup and vinegar. Pour over and bake at 350º for 1-1/4 hrs. Sauce is mahogany
