1 can minced clams, plus juice
3/4 cup ground saltines
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil or butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced sweet pepper
2 tbsp. diced celery
1/4 tsp. dalt
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
Clam shells

Mix all ingredients together. Fill clam shells with mixture and bake at 375 for
15 minutes. Serve.
