6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 carton cream cheese with onion and chives
1 T. margarine
6 bacon strips

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness with a meat mallet and wax paper. Pat dry and spread cream cheese over each piece. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with salt; roll up. Wrap each with a bacon strip and secure with toothpicks if needed. Place seam side down in a greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake uncovered at 400º for 35 - 40 minutes - test chicken for doneness in middle of roll up. Broil 6" from heat until bacon cooked and chicken browned.
