4 baking apples
8 tsp apple jelly
2 tbsps butter melted
cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter an oven proof casserole. Cut the apples in half horizontally. Core them. Place the apple halves in the prepared casserole dish. Place one tsp of apple jelly in the center of each apple. Brush the apple halves with melted butter. Dust with a little cinnamon and sprinkle with a little sugar. Cover the casserole loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
