1 c. Sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. Coconut
4 T. Corn Starch
1 t. Vanilla
3 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn starch, coconut, egg yolks, vanilla, and milk. Cook till thickens. Put in baked pie shells

NOTE: For chocolate pies omit coconut and add 2 T. Cocoa

Meringue for pies: 3 egg whites, 2 T. Sugar, 1/2 t. Vanilla. Beat egg whites till foam and add vanilla, sugar slowly. Beating all the time. Beat till very stiff
