3 oz. Cream Cheese
2 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
Desired flavoring and color

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until soft at room temp. Add color and flavoring as desired. Gradually add powdered sugar and knead mixture until like pie dough. Pinch off small amount and roll inti marble size ball. Roll in granulated sugar. Push ball in candy mold. Remove excess and unfold at once
