Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1st layer 2 T. sugar
1 c. flour 3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 cube butter

2nd layer
8 oz. cream cheese (left at room temp for a while before using)
3/4 c. powder sugar (I use 1/3) 1/2 pint whipped cream

3rd layer
1 large 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding instant
3 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
For the 1st layer combine ingredients with a pastry blender blend until very fine crumbly. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan and press crumbs with a fork evenly in pan. Bake 350 abt 5 min. or longer just til looks lightly brown. I never time just watch til I think is right color. Set aside and cool.

2nd. layer - you will need a whole pint of whipped cream for this recipe so I whip all the cream at this point. (add 1/3 c. sugar to whipped cream.) In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar til smooth. Gently fold or beat in half the whipped cream until smooth. Spread this mixture on cooled crust.

3rd layer- Mix pudding and milk. Wait til sets up a little and spread lightly on cream cheese mixture. Helps to put cream cheese layer in fridge for a little bit. This helps keep the layers keep separate when spreading on top of each other.

Next spread the rest of whipped cream on chocolate layer. I usually put nuts in crust but can instead sprinkle nuts on top. If you want to be really naughty chop up candy bar and sprinkle on top. Chill at least 2 hrs.

Variations - can use any pudding and create your own dessert. My favorite is coconut by using vanilla pudding and mixing in coconut and then sprinkling toasted coconut on top.
