2 oz chicken breast cut into strips
4 large ship, whole clean with tail removed
1/4 cup water chestnuts
2 tbsp slivered almonds
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp soy sauce
2 cups watercress, remove bottom 2 in
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
heat a skillet over medium heat with nonstick cooking spray and saute garlic for 1 minute. add shrimp and chicken and cook until nearly done. add lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, water chestnuts, and almonds and bring to a simmer. cook until done. remove ingredients from pan and add sesame oil to same pan over medium high. add watercress, bean sprouts and spinach and saute. serve stir fry over asian greens.
