1 large round steak

pepper
nutmeg
paprika
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. four
1 cup beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Brown round steak on both sides about 10 minutes. Simmer in water, bay leaf, bouillon block, cloves for 2 hours or until tender. Make ragout with butter, flour and 1 cup bouillon. Put in the cut up meat and make balls or logs. Roll through bread crumbs, then beaten egg whites & a few tbsp. water, then roll in bread crumbs again. Let them cool in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Fry in hot oil for about 3 - 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
