2 C. Sugar
2 tbsp. Butter
1/8 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/2 C. Vinegar
Few Grains of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Boil to hard ball stage (265 degrees-270 degreesF). Cool.
Pull until white and porous. Cut in inch pieces.
