1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. almond extract
3 cups flour
1/4 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar in mixing bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy 2 - 3 minutes. Add spices; mix well. Add milk and extract, beat until smooth.

Gradually add flour & baking powder, beating well after each addition. Cover dough and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Spray molds with pam and dust with flour. Tap mold to remove excess flour. Press a portion of dough into cavity and mold. Cut away excess dough from back and edges. Remove cookies from mold and transfer to greased cookie sheet. Heat over to 325 bake until firm and dry but not browned 10 - 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes and put on cooling rack.
