1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. groung veal
2 eggs
italian bread crumbs (about 1 cup or more, I just pour it in)
parsley
salt/pepper to taste
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
as much milk as needed to make moist (about 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and form into meatballs. Mixture should be moist and not dry, so adjust milk accordingly. In your crock pot, place your favorite sauce on the bottom ( I used jar sauce).
Add meatballs (do not brown), and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours. Skim off extra fat from top of crock pot. Can be used for meatball splash or with your favorite pasta.
