Ingredients:  
6 carrots,
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. horseradish
2 T. grated onion
1/2 TSR. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and coarsely grate. Combine with all ingredients
and place in a 1 quart baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake
for approximately 15 minutes (or until heated through) at 300o.

being an excellent cook. Jerry and I shared many good times with the Rasches,
