1 pint oil (no olive oil)
1 quart white vinegar
1 ½ stalks of celery cut
1 can chopped sliced olives
1 peck hot Hungarian peppers
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oregano
¾ c. water
¼ c. canning salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Using gloves, slice peppers in rings. Mix vinegar, water, oil, salt and pour over vegetables. Let stand 2-6 hours (overnight OK). Cook until comes to boil. Pack in clean hot canning jars. Wipe top of glass with vinegar. Let stand, check for seal.
