1/4C CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 C MUSHROOMS
2 TBSP FLOUR
3/4 TSP SALT
2C LIGHT CREAM
3C COOKED CHICKEN CUT INTO PIECES
3 EGG YOLKS
1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
1/2C SOFT BUTTER DIVIDED
1 TSP ONION JUICE
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
2 TBSP SHERRY
2 TBSP DICED PIMENTO

Directions:
In a saucepan (blazer pan),cook green pepper and mushrooms and 2 tbsp butter until tender but not brown. Push aside. Blend flour and salt into butter. Gradually stir in cream. Cook and stir til sauce thickens and bubbles. Add chicken and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, blend egg yolks, paprika and butter, set aside. To chicken mixture, add onion juice, lemon juice and sherry. Be sure chicken is bubbling. Place blazer pan over water pan. Add yolk mixture all at once stirring til blended. If using saucepan, remove from heat, immediately add pimento. Garnish with parsley.

Use Pepperidge Farm pastry shells to put chicken mixture in.
