2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except butter. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass casserole. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Melt butter and pour over the top when done.

Vary this recipe using a cup of thawed frozen broccoli pieces instead of the corn. You might also try using a cup of shredded cheese in the recipe.
