1 LB HAMBURGER MEAT
ONION, BELL PEPPER, CELERY
1 LG OR 2 SM EGGPLANT
KITCHEN BOQUET
COOKED RICE OR CORNBREAD
Directions:
Directions:
BROWN MEAT, ADD VEGES AND KITCHEN BOQUET AND COOK FOR 30-45 MIN. YOU MAY NEED TO ADD A BIT OF WATER IF IT GETS TO DRY WHILE COOKING. COOK TIL VEGES ARE TENDER.
THIS MIXTURE CAN BE MIXED WITH COOKED RICE OR CORN BREAD AND PUT INTO A BAKING DISH AS A CASSEROLE, OR JUST SERVED ON TOP OF RICE OR BREAD.
