1 can cream of chicken
1 pkg pre-cooked chicken fajita meat( or make your own) chopped up
8-10 small flour tortillas
small can chopped green chilies
2 sticks of butter
2 c shredded Monterrey jack or mozerella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a lg bowl,combine the cream of chicken,meat,and cheese, then stir. Melt the butter in a baking dish in the oven. Dip both sides of a tortilla in the butter, add a spoon full of chicken mixture to each tortilla, roll them up and place them in the dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cook for 30 min. 2 350º.
