48 oz. each ricotta cheese & cottage cheese
2 c. parmesan cheese
12 oz. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
4 eggs, beaten
3-4 tbsp. garlic (I use the kind in the jar)
3-4 tbsp. Italian seasoning
8-12 oz. pepperoni (I chop it in my Oscar food processor)
3 bxs. shells (prepare to JUST el dente doneness)

Mix filling ingredients well. Spoon the prepared filling into the cooled shells.
When ready to serve, put your favorite spaghetti sauce just to cover the bottom of the dish. Add shells, cover with sauce and mozzarella. Bake for 35 minutes at 350º.

Freeze individually on a cookie sheet, put in ziplock bags. Pull out, bake, Easy Peasy!
