Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bags of Med. Shrimp, Tail-on & Deveined (Take Tail off)
1 16oz. Carton of Heavy Whipping Cream (only used half of the carton)
1 box of Cream Cheese ( I used the 1/3 less fat)
1 box of Thin Spaghetti
1 Can of Italian Diced tomatoes
1 Stick of Butter
1/4 cup of finely chopped Onion
1 Chicken Bouillon Square
2 Broccoli heads (as much as you want)
3 tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Basil
2 tbsp. Parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Oregano (Grind it between your palms)
2 tbsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. Crushed red chilly flakes (Add less if you don't want that extra spice)

Directions:
Start by Cooking your Pasta. Drain and set a side.

In a pan add only 1/2 of the butter. Pour in the Onions and garlic. Cook until soft. Then add the clean Shrimp and all the spices (basil, parsley, oregano, chicken bouillon and pepper) Add the Italian diced tomatoes and Mix. Give it about 2-3 minutes and pour in the Broccoli. Continue Mixing until the Shrimp is pink and the Broccoli looks bright green. This should be really quick. Then Add the Cream Cheese and half of the heavy whipping cream. Mix and let it boil. Once it has come to a boil it is ready.

Serve your Pasta and pour this on top. Goes great with some Garlic Bread or a Side Salad.

Enjoy!
