4 1/2 c. sugar
3 packages of chocolate chips (12 oz. each)
2 cubes butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
7 oz. marshmallow cream
2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 1/2 cups sugar with one can of evaporated milk.
Boil for 7-8 minutes stirring often (rolling boil).
Mix together in a large bowl; 3 packages of chocolate chips, 7 oz jar of marshmallow cream, two cubes of melted butter (cream together the butter and marshmallow cream before adding to bowl). Now add the hot sugar/evaporated milk mix to the bowl and stir until the chocolate has melted. At this time add two cups chopped walnuts and vanilla and blend well.
Pour mixture into a buttered pan and chill in refrigerator. Cut into squares before firm.

Makes about 5 lbs fudge.
