2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg coleslaw mix
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 slices marble rye bread
3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
4 slices Swiss cheese
Thousand Island salad dressing
1/3 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add coleslaw, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until coleslaw is wilted.

Spread each slice of marble rye with Thousand Island dressing. Layer turkey evenly over half the bread slices, top with 1 pc. Swiss cheese each. Spoon coleslaw mixture evenly over cheese. Cover with bread slices, dressing side down. Spread soft butter over bottom and top slices of sandwich.

Grill sandwiches 4-5 minutes on each side until cheese is melted and they are golden brown. Serve immediately.
