Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box stuffed shells (prepare el dente)
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 bag shredded mozzarella
3 - 4 small chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing (prepared)
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 c. light sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, stuffing, chicken, 1/2 c. sour cream and about 2 handfuls of cheese. Mix thoroughly. The above amount of shells makes one full 13 x 9 plus an 8 x 8 baking dish. Mix the cream of chicken soup with 1/2 c. sour cream. Spread a little in the bottom of each pan to prevent sticking. Missy uses a cookie scooper to fill each shell. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the shells and sprinkle the rest of the bag of cheese over them.
Cover with foil and bake on 350º for 45 minutes.
Always make sure the shells are cool before you put chicken in them unless you're putting them in the oven immediately.
